I’m a psychiatrist. Dude this is spot on. I think catching the detail that they do care about having a cell phone charged and WiFi at all times is number 2 next to caring for themselves. Cell phones (social media) are offering non stop narcissistic supply when humans are not available. They aren’t in relationships with their partners. They are in polyamory with the world, anyone and everyone. There is no limit to how much dopamine they can seek. If you take away the phone you see them hitting the weed, cigarettes or bottle. Very very sick cluster of humans. Most often many have a very rich history of substance abuse at an early age and trauma as child/adolescent. Instead of respecting their parents, they grew more and more bitter and they are filled with insane amounts of rage when you see their affect. Look for the jaw tightness and flat or downturned lips. If you catch them when no one is around them you will see the immense negative affect and the deep dead emptiness in their eyes. Many suffer from severe depression and sadly many are borderline suicidal. The scariest ones are homicidal.

12:50ish. Spot on about "I'm anxious. " Narc stays in house. Goes outside to start his truck so battery doesn't go dead. 🙄 Went out for an errand about a week ago and came home as if he had just partciipated in a marathon run. 🙄😖

Listening with my ear buds for the first time. Much better. Narcissistic are horrible to live around. Trying to get away from the energy sucking vampire people. They like darkness. Seriously. They need the light that I have however, they can't have it. The Lord gave me this for a specific reason. Not to give my fat diabetic brother inlaw and his daughter/girlfriend....I do not want to be around these people at all and Andrew I am certain since I found myself in a situation where I had to depend on them for transportation they began to triangleulare me by allowing me to schedule important things and then allowing his little him ( his daughter ) to basically decide when and where I go the morning of the planned trip....every time...I could buy a car right now but I can't get there ar the moment...... they enjoy the control in a sick disgusting way...nothing but evil...trust me I cannot wait to get away from these sick people. I would try to help them and they triangulate me. Not only that but, my brother inlaw is a very weak man and he allows his daughter to bully him so when they are triangulating me he gives over the responsibility to her and he smuggly relaxes into his sickening joy of my difficulty. Sick fs. Seriously. I can be so happy away from these damned people.

When I noticed the narcissistic, machiavelistic neighbour's efforts to isolate me, I reached out for more acquaintances. After years of putting me for no reason at all down and lifting herself up all the time, I am now left alone by her because I have a big dog. How easy things can be. God always helps me. I feel protected. But he let me undergo those experiences to become more careful and less frankly speaking with people.
